Position Description:
AmCheck, a nationwide provider of payroll & HR Services is currently looking for a Benefit Auditor in our UTC office. Duties include; monthly audits of AmCheck customer benefit insurance plans, verification of monthly billed rates from insurance carriers, confirmation of employee payroll deductions & balancing of employer contribution amounts to balance the monthly transactions. Interaction with AmCheck staff and insurance carriers to make adjustments, process employee terminations, additions and billing adjustments
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of benefit reconciliation audits
- Accurately researches and resolves client benefit issues in a timely manner
- Effectively works well with peers in a team focused environment.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Accounting, auditing skills are mandatory
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory
- Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Insurance industry experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & web based applications
- Ability to work accurately with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Outstanding organization and multi-tasking skills
- Work Hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
